South Pole – Grand Traverse

The World’s first ‘Grand Traverse – Antarctica’ with EYOS Expeditions was an extraordinary expedition across Antarctica’s interior, from Union Glacier to the Leverett Glacier via Geographic South Pole using custom all-wheel drive vehicles to navigate the challenging and breathtaking landscape. Over two weeks, our team supported this intrepid team to document this historic expedition over the frozen plateau of Antarctica’s interior. Filming in -30 Fahrenheit brought a new set of challenges where our team utilized several years of experience to create content and support an expedition team in the world’s most inhospitable environment. This expedition leveraged advanced technology for safety and navigation, ensuring a safe and extraordinary experience. Along the way, our team experienced exceptional frozen beauty, stunning vistas, and felt genuine solace in an environment very few humans have ever experienced. Each adventurer gained a profound appreciation for the early explorers who ventured into this remote wilderness.
